In July 2022, Systerel obtained the renewal of its ministerial OQA approval provided for in articles 9 and following of decree n\u00b02017-440 of 30 March 2017 relating to the safety of guided public transport.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Certified Approved Organisation (OQA)<\/strong>, Systerel carries out the safety assessment<\/strong> of public guided transport systems subject to the provisions of titles II, III and VI of the aforementioned decree n\u00b02017-440 relating to the safety of public guided transport, excluding cableway installations and cogwheel trains, for the technical domain 2\u00b0 “Command control and railway signalling<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chief Assessment Officers (CAOs) appointed for these assessment activities for the design, construction or operation of urban systems are all recognised experts with very complementary backgrounds, which enables them to address issues that are vast and complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
