In France, more than 12 million people are affected by disability.<\/span><\/span> Despite this number, the issue of disability remains largely unknown, especially in the workplace. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities<\/a>, Systerel is organizing a series of interactive workshops aimed at raising awareness and informing its employees about disability. The objective is clear: to remove barriers and consider each individual, with their uniqueness and difference, as added value for the company. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
