In France, more than 12 million people are affected by disability. Despite this number, the issue of disability remains largely unknown, especially in the workplace.

During the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Systerel is organizing a series of interactive workshops aimed at raising awareness and informing its employees about disability. The objective is clear: to remove barriers and consider each individual, with their uniqueness and difference, as added value for the company.
