A Security Platform for Railway Embedded Systems
Systerel is participating in the PAIISDAIX program, an innovative project led by Alstom, Centrale Méditerranée, and Systerel, aimed at developing a new range of cybersecurity-enabled railway products dedicated to autonomous trains.
This project, winner of the France 2030 initiative as part of the CORIFER 2023 call for interest, is funded by the French state.
The goal is to design an execution platform for railway embedded systems that addresses new cybersecurity challenges, ensures the sovereignty of the component supply chain, and integrates artificial intelligence solutions.
Strengthening Cybersecurity and Interoperability
In this consortium, Systerel ensures software updates and data exchanges between equipment, leveraging its expertise in OPC UA.
These advancements will help our clients anticipate future regulatory requirements, particularly those of the Cyber Resilience Act.
Thanks to this funding, we are enhancing S2OPC, our sovereign, open-source, secure, and certified implementation of the OPC UA standard, which ensures the interoperability and security of data exchanges between equipment.
Together with our partners Alstom and Centrale Méditerranée, we are helping to shape a more sustainable, intelligent, and resilient railway future.
